STEVE BAILEY

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Steve is Founder, CEO, and Majority Shareholder of the CTSB Group. He gained his experience in the world of currency exchange and banknote trading with Travelex where he managed North American vault operations, logistics, and security. Prior to his time with Travelex, Steve owned an art supply company and also spent 6 years as a Consumer Market Manager with Bank of America. His business interests are diverse with additional investments in commercial real estate, equestrian property, and Stay at Home Snacks, a food distribution company.

CHARLIE TAUCHERT

Chief Financial Officer

Charlie brings over 30 years of finance experience to the team. He joined the CTSB Group after 10 years with Travelex where he was responsible for wholesale banknote trading, demand forecasting, inventory management, and foreign currency hedging. 5 years in Treasury with Lexmark International managing global currency risk for the company and 5 years with Temper-Pedic implementing and managing their hedging policies and procedures round out his extensive experience.

MICHAEL COX, CAMS

Chief Compliance Officer

Prior to joining the CTSB Group, Michael held positions with Wound Care Advantage, Northpoint Lexington Healthcare, Pioneer Trace Nursing and Rehab, and Healogics with a heavy focus on Corporate Compliance and, rather uniquely, extensive experience managing day-to-day operations in the healthcare field. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, and the diversity of his work experience is an asset to the CTSB Group.

CHRIS MCSHANE

Chief Operating Officer

Chris joined the CTSB Group from CardBiller, a Montreal based payments start-up. Prior to this experience in the world of FinTechs, Chris notably managed the North American Retail business for Travelex where he oversaw a network of over 250 stores, 700 employees, and a $1.1B P&L – along with a rapidly growing e-commerce channel. A stint as Consumer Market Manager for Bank of America (across the San Francisco Bay from Steve) and 10 years as a Jackson Hole restaurateur round out his resume.

ELIZABETH MCCORDY

Head of Global Operations

Elizabeth also joined the CTSB Group from Travelex where she worked closely with Steve, Charlie, and Chris as the manager of the North American Cash Vault. During her 13 years in that position, she oversaw a team that distributed over $20B in currency to the company’s retail stores, FI partners, and consumers. Elizabeth gained her experience in distribution with Circuit City where she managed warehouse operations.

IKE UCHE, CPA

Head of Finance

Ike’s connection to the CTSB Group is through Steve and Bank of America where they worked together several years ago. He left Bank of America to continue his education and gain the designation as a CPA. Just recently returning from a stint working in finance in Africa, Ike manages the finances and accounting for all of the CTSB companies.
